Chairman      : Are there any apologies for absence for today’s meeting?

Secretary       : yes, sir .. Mrs. Ai couldn’t be here because there was a sudden affair..

Chairman      : Ok thank you,,, well for the first, please allow me to discuss some things about the inaccessibility of the business results in the production of our Company.
